St. Cloud, FL – On 10/21/15, at approximately 1702 hours, members of the St. Cloud Police Department responded to a vehicle (Blue Jeep SUV) vs. pedestrian traffic crash investigation at the intersection of SR500 (13th Street) and California Avenue.
Based upon a comment made by the Editor of the 'OBJ', we've removed this blog. Osceola County – On October 12, Osceola County Sheriff's detectives arrested Raymond Sutherland and his wife, Debbie Sutherland.
Raymond was charged with Battery on a Person Over 65 Years Old, Aggravated Battery on a Person Over 65 Years Old, Aggravated Abuse of an Elderly Person and Neglect of an Elderly Person with Great Harm. Debbie was charged with Battery on a Person Over 65 Years Old.
The investigation began in mid-September when deputies took a report regarding an 81-year old female who was recovering at a temporary medical rehabilitation center in Kissimmee.
The victim told deputies she had fallen in her bedroom and asked her son, Raymond, on several occasions for assistance. She lost consciousness and when she woke up, she lying on the floor in a pool of blood.
That's what we say about the city who either didn't even consider doing a simple Google on 'Joseph Helfenberger Ottumwa Iowa' as simply as we did! OR, they just did not really care about the past of the possibly new city manager and, without regard to either his job performance issues, or anything else, decided to reward him with an offer. OUR question to the candidate is; Are you simply looking for a retirement check here in sunny Florida, rather than facing your Ottumwa City Council's 6 month performance review placed in January of this year when the majority believed your tenure in your city administrator's position was questionable?
