We have recently discovered spammers and other nefarious individuals disregarding our Terms of Service and have taken action against those individuals. As a result, we would like to remind our readership on our policies, and explain some of the changes that have been implemented.

Changes to Forward to a Friend Feature

The forward to a friend feature previously allowed a person to add their personal comments to the email that the recipient would receive. Because of spam activity, this feature has been removed. You can still forward the articles and blogs to your friends and acquaintances, just without a personal message accompanying it.

Terms of Use Reminder

Any photos, tips, news entries, columns and blogs, correspondence and or e-mails sent to GHN or submitted to our servers via the various data entry methods such as our blogging tool become the property of GHN. GHN will respect your anonymity; however, all correspondence may be published or deleted at any time at GHN’s discretion. Please do not send us any information that you would not want published.

GuardianHost Networks, L.L.C. does not allow adult content on our servers. Although we have no intention to police the posts and user contributions, we will remove anything we feel violates our policies and/or is adult in nature, including pornography, hate speech, libelous and slanderous material.

GuardianHost will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law, when responding to a lawful court order, or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• (a.) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on GuardianHost.com (the site), or other GuardianHost Websites;
