We received a copy of a letter signed by Interim State Elections Commission Executive Director, Eric M. Lipman outling several allegations made against Osceola School Board member Jay Wheeler. There is, in fact, an investigator assigned to Wheeler’s case, and her name is Helen Hinson. Here’s an email from Tom Long, who made the complaint with the State.Greetings Taxpayers,

Over the years, School Board member, Jay Wheeler and I have crossed swords.
He has consistantly overstated his position to the point of fabrication of
facts, dates and math.

Jay Wheeler and Donna Hart failed to attend the latest OCBTA Political Forum. Not a surprise and actually, neither one was missed. Those in attendance were treated to a couple of informed candidates who simply want to represent their districts.
