something to think about

censorship is the keystone of tyranny, not force. when a government starts to say to its people, you can not read this, you can not know this, or you can not see this, the end result is oppression and tyranny no matter how much they think they are helping. little force is needed to control someone whose mind has been blindfolded, but no amount of force can control someone whose mind is free. not a bomb or a bullet, nothing. the most you can do to someone that is free is kill them. and i would want death over tyranny any day !

when did it become the governments right to run my life? this is something i would like to know, please tell me how is it right that a person who has a weed not a drug but a damn weed, that grows out of the ground gets locked up with people that have raped and killed there fellow man? please tell me that, or tell me how it makes sense that i can get pulled over and have to pay a fine for not wearing my seat belt in a car something with doors and a roof when it is ok to ride a motorcycle without a helmet? now dont get me wrong seat belts are a good ideal and if you wanna ride without a helmet go for it. it is not my right nor anyones right to tell you other wise. the government is not our boss , we do not work for them , they work for us. it is not there job to tell me what i can do in my own home. dont get me wrong we need laws , laws that protect everyone, dont kill , dont rape , dont hurt your fellow man. but what ever happened to this? We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, tell me where did this go? our country was built on this but as far as the government cares its just a old piece of paper that really means nothing now days. come on people stand up for your rights and dont let them take our freedom away

Happy Valentine's Day!I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Valentine’s Day! Be nice to those make your days easier and better! Let them know how you feel!

In history there have been at least three different St. Valentines, all of whom were martyrs and died in horrible ways. In ancient Roman times, stark nekid men ran through the streets as part of the pagan “Lupercalia (Wolf Festival) time". And to heap confusion on the subject, in the 1960’s the Vatican dropped St. Valentine’s Day from the Catholic Church calendar of saints.

Now a days, Valentine’s Day can be a trial-by-fire for those unlucky enough to forget to give candy, flowers, etc to their object of affection, or those who do not an object of affection to give presents.

So however you do it, celebrate St. Valentines Day and keep thinking thoughts of romance to keep you warm in February!
